Axis Zipstream preserves important details in full image quality, while reducing storage and bandwidth by an average of 50% or more.
AXIS Q3518-LVE is designed to be reliable under rough conditions and in harsh climates. It can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -50 °C to 60 °C (-58 °F to 140 °F). It comes with a weathershield that protects against sun, rain and snow, and its IP66-, IP67-, and NEMA 4X-rated casing also protects against water, corrosion and dust.
Electronic image stabilization keeps the picture steady when the camera is exposed to vibrations. The casing is also vandal resistant with IK10+ rating. And what’s more, even if there is a power outage, redundant DC power and Power over Ethernet helps ensure a reliable power supply to safeguard all your mission critical surveillance.
It comes pre-installed with AXIS Guard Suite analytics for proactive surveillance and saved resources. The two configurable input/output ports can be connected to various sensors like smoke or glass break detection or to devices that control light, doors, etc. You can also use dynamic overlays to add extra information to your video such as alarm information or external data, for example a weather update or airplane status.
