Axis P1445-LE-3 License Plate Verifier Kit consists of an Axis network camera and pre-installed AXIS License Plate Verifier analytics. So it makes it extra easy to have an automated vehicle entry and exit management system. Just install AXIS P1445-LE-3, connect it to a barrier’s relay via the camera’s I/O ports, enter a list of license plates and you’re good to go. AXIS P1445-LE-3 is perfect for controlled areas such as parking lots, office parking or garages.
Axis P1445-LE-3 License Plate Verifier Kit is easy to use, install and manage because the camera and the software you need for basic vehicle entry and exit management is all included. The kit reads license plates in single lanes at speeds of up to 30 km/h (19 mph) and verifies the plate against a list of authorized or unauthorized number plates stored in the camera. It’s a self-contained solution, which means all processing and storage takes place in the camera. So there’s no need for an external recorder or central server.
The solution even supports event log entries that include thumbnail images of license plates for problem-free follow-up. Thanks to the cameras event management system, you can even configure the camera to send an email notification, record video to the SD card and stream video if a blocklisted number plate is detected.
With AXIS P1445-LE-3, it is easy to add an automated vehicle access system – without spending money on personnel, servers, bandwidth or external lighting. And the kit costs significantly less than buying the software and camera separately.
AXIS P1445-LE-3 is a flexible solution that can meet your current needs and grow with you if your needs change. At its most basic, it supports allowlists and blocklists of up to 1000 license plates each to simply determine whether a vehicle is allowed to enter a controlled area or not. With built-in support for AXIS A1001 Network Door Controller, you get the ability to expand the system and control vehicle access based on additional criteria such as date, time and place.
If you’ve added an Axis network door controller, you can also install a card reader as backup. AXIS A1001 comes with AXIS Entry Manager software, which supports up to 400 credentials (license plates and access cards). If you have more complex requirements and need support for more credentials and functionalities, there are multiple AXIS A1001 partner software to choose from. You also have the possibility to integrate with other software thanks to the analytics application’s open API (application programming interface).
AXIS P1445-LE-3 also has built-in support for AXIS A91 Network I/O Relay Modules, which simplifies connection to a barrier in new installations. For a separate backup system and for handling unknown license plates such as those from visitors, you can install an Axis network door station – with intercom, camera and barrier control in one – to reach someone who can provide remote vehicle access.
AXIS P1445-LE-3 is based on a sturdy, high performance Axis network camera that’s suitable for installation in any environment. It features HDTV 1080p at 50/60 fps and Axis Lightfinder, Axis Forensic WDR and Axis OptimizedIR for accurate number plate readings regardless of light conditions – day or night. AXIS P1445-LE-3 can also withstand temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 60 °C (-40 °F to 140 °F). And it has shock detection, an impact-resistant design and tampering alerts.
