The NS4702-24P-4X-V3 is a powerful enterprise-class managed network switch designed for high-speed business, surveillance, and industrial network applications. It combines advanced Layer 2 and Layer 4 management features with high PoE+ power capability for reliable network performance.
Powerful PoE+ Connectivity
The switch features 24 Gigabit RJ-45 PoE+ ports supporting IEEE 802.3at standards with up to 32W per port. A total PoE power budget of 370W allows multiple powered devices such as IP cameras, access control devices, wireless access points, and VoIP phones to operate from a single switch.
High-Speed 10G Uplinks
Four 10G SFP/SFP+ uplink slots provide fast backbone connectivity for demanding network environments. The uplinks support multiple transmission speeds and are compatible with S2x, S3x, and S4x series SFP modules for flexible fibre connectivity.
Intelligent PoE Management
The built-in PD Alive Check function continuously monitors connected powered devices. If a connected device stops responding, the switch automatically resets the PoE port to restore operation. The PoE scheduling feature also allows administrators to enable or disable PoE power during selected times to improve energy efficiency.
Extended Distance Capability
In Extend Mode, the switch can provide PoE and data transmission up to 250 metres at 10Mbps, exceeding standard Ethernet distance limitations. This is ideal for long-distance surveillance and outdoor installations.
Advanced Security and Management
The switch supports web-based management, VLAN configuration, MAC-based authentication, ACL security policies, and protected port functionality for secure network operation. A 16K MAC address table ensures efficient network traffic handling.
