Description
The Fusion FC-315-CA2 is a RED, fire alarm sounder/VAD combination to be used with a wireless base. The VAD lens is specifically designed to have maximum coverage in ceiling mount applications. The 32 tone device is suitable for indoor use. The Fusion FC-315-CA2 sounder is quick and easy to install into the wireless base with a simple turn and lock mechanism.
Operating Principle
Wireless devices are often installed in buildings where wiring presents a challenge because the fabric of the building or its design is negatively affected by the use of cables. It could also be difficult to introduce cable runs into heritage buildings. It is for these architecturally sensitive buildings that the Fusion series was developed.
Every Fusion device is assigned an address from is base. This address is converted by the Fusion wireless loop interface to a device address similar to a wired device connected directly to the loop wiring.
