Description

The DB970 Apollo XP95 Intrinsically Safe Detector Base is an intrinsically safe addressable fire detector base including a passive address card. It is designed to allow the detector to be fitted without the need for any force. It has a “one-way only” fit. A unique, patented addressing method provides simple, user friendly and accurate identification of detector location whereby a coded card, inserted in the base, is read by any detector as it is plugged in.

IS Detector Bases

The DB970 Apollo XP95 Intrinsically Safe Detector Base for the IS device range is not identical to the standard range. This ensures that standard detectors cannot be accidentally fitted into an explosive area.
