The NS3553-4P-1T-2S-V2 is a compact industrial managed switch designed for high-performance edge connectivity. It supports PoE-bt, advanced network management, and fibre uplink capability, making it ideal for surveillance, access control, and industrial networking applications.
High-Power PoE Support
The switch provides 4 x Gigabit RJ-45 ports with IEEE 802.3af/at/bt PoE support up to 95W per port. This enables direct power delivery to high-demand devices such as PTZ cameras, access controllers, and wireless access points without separate power supplies.
Flexible Uplink Options
It includes 1 x Gigabit RJ-45 uplink port and 2 x SFP (100/1000Base-X) slots. The SFP ports support auto-detection and digital diagnostics monitoring (DDM), allowing flexible fibre connectivity for longer distances and backbone integration.
High-Speed Performance
The switch features a non-blocking architecture with up to 14Gbps switching capacity, ensuring stable wire-speed performance across all ports. It is designed to handle real-time applications without packet loss.
Advanced Traffic Management
Layer 2 and Layer 3 QoS support prioritises critical traffic using 802.1p and IP TOS/DSCP classification. It supports strict and Weighted Round Robin queuing for efficient bandwidth distribution.
Intelligent Device Monitoring
PD Alive Check functionality monitors connected devices in real time. If a device becomes unresponsive, the switch automatically cycles PoE power to restore operation. Cable diagnostics and SNMP support enhance troubleshooting and maintenance.
Enterprise Security Features
The switch includes VLAN support, MAC/IP ACLs, RADIUS/TACACS+ authentication, port security, and bandwidth control. It also supports IPv4/IPv6 management, LLDP, IGMP Snooping, and multicast control features.
