Axis XP40-Q1785 is an Explosion Protected PTZ Camera. XP40-Q1785 is a robust, high-performance positioning camera designed for safe operation in vast, potentially combustible environments. It offers the most comprehensive field-of-view possible, thanks to 32x optical zoom, 360° continuous pan rotation and 180° tilt movement. XP40-Q1785 is certified (NEC, CEC, IECEx, ATEX and EAC Ex) for use in potentially combustible environments. This robust, positioning camera comes enclosed in a stainless-steel housing with IP66 and IP67 ratings and can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -60 °C to 60 °C (-76 °F to 140 °F). It supports electronic image stabilization (EIS), which greatly improves video quality in situations where the camera is subject to vibration such as gusty winds or passing vehicles. Furthermore, EIS allows you to install your camera out of reach on high walls or columns with minimum impact on image quality.
XP40-Q1785 delivers outstanding 24/7 long-range monitoring. This high-performance camera offers 2 MP/HDTV 1080p image quality at up to 60 fps. Featuring 32x optical zoom it provides 360° continuous pan rotation and 180° tilt movement. This means that not only can the camera turn in a complete circle to prevent any blind spots around it, it can also see straight ahead, below, and above its position so you don’t miss a thing.
It’s got Forensic WDR for clarity even when there are both dark and light areas in the scene. And Lightfinder for high-quality color images recorded in near darkness and clear, sharp images of moving objects. Plus, Axis Zipstream significantly lowers bandwidth and storage requirements.
