AXIS Visitor Access is an add-on application for AXIS Entry Manager that makes it easy for small sites to grant visitors access using a QR Code as a credential. It lets people independently enter your premises and move through accessible areas, while allowing you to keep track of who is present at any given moment.

With AXIS Visitor Access, there is no need to physically open doors to trusted visitors, buzz them in, or even be physically present. You can easily grant visitors access at specific times, and should someone change schedule or cancel, you can simply revoke or change their access as needed. So you are always completely in control, knowing when your visitor has arrived.

In AXIS Visitor Access you create an invitation which is valid for a certain time period. You send the invitation to the visitor’s
email address, and at the same time the credentials to unlock the door are created and stored in the connected Axis door controller. The visitor shows the QR code included in the invitation at the Axis network camera or door station, which asks the door controller to unlock the door for the visitor
