Axis Q1656 4MP Fixed Box Camera is based on the latest Axis system-on-chip (SoC) and offers support for powerful analytics based on deep learning on the edge. AXIS Q1656 delivers exceptional video quality even in poor light conditions. This premium Q-line camera offers impressive performance with 4 MP resolution at up to 60 fps. It includes Lightfinder 2.0 and thanks to a 1/1.8” sensor, it provides the best possible image quality no matter what. Plus, with intelligent i-CS lens technology and remote zoom and focus, Axis Q1656 4MP Fixed Box Camera facilitates fast and easy installation and adjustment. PoE and redundant DC power help ensure a reliable power supply to safeguard the system. Furthermore, AXIS Q1656 is designed for retrofitting AXIS T92E20 Outdoor Housing, making it easy to add deep-learning capabilities to existing installations.

This high-performance camera is based on ARTPEC-8, the latest Axis system-on-chip (SoC). Featuring a deep learning processing unit (DLPU), it eliminates the need for expensive servers and allows for a faster and more scalable system. Plus, it improves processing capabilities so you can collect and analyze even more data than before—on the edge. Thanks to AXIS Object Analytics, it offers highly nuanced object classification enabling fast search in the VMS as well as reliable detection with fewer false positives. Furthermore, with support for ACAP version 4, you can add value to your system with tailor-made applications based on deep learning on the edge available from Axis and our partners.

This lightweight fixed box camera is packed with built-in cybersecurity features to prevent unauthorized access and safeguard your system. Axis Edge Vault protects your Axis device ID and simplifies authorization of Axis products on your network. Additionally, signed firmware and secure boot guarantee that the firmware hasn’t been compromised and ensures only authorized firmware is installed. And if needed, secure boot guarantees the camera is completely free of malware even after a factory default. It also includes a Trusted Platform Module (TPM) that is FIPS 140-2 level 2 certified. Furthermore, it features a Kensington lock for shock and theft prevention.
