The AXIS I8116-E Network Video Intercom is a small but powerful device designed for flexible, outdoor-ready installations. Measuring just 48 mm (1.89 in.) wide, it fits easily on walls, doorframes, and mullions. A flush mounting accessory enables recessed installation for a clean, discreet appearance.

This intercom combines video, audio, and access control in a single compact unit. Using a single PoE cable, it powers the device while enabling video surveillance and controlling door locks. The I/O ports can switch to reader mode for seamless integration with access control systems, enhancing security without extra cabling.

Built-in cybersecurity features safeguard the system from unauthorized access. Axis Edge Vault protects the device ID and simplifies authorization of Axis products across your network. The intercom supports advanced analytics based on deep learning, enabling actionable insights for security teams.
