The IDEMIA Biometric Enrolment refers to capturing a particular individual’s information such as fingerprints, palm or eye print by means of a scanning device and storing this information in a database for future cross-referencing. Biometric enrolment creates a reference against which all follow-on transactions are checked.

Steri-C disinfects the biometric sensors by destroying viruses and bacteria.
The Steri-C can be mounted above most optical fingerprint sensors. Once the Steri-C is switched on, it will self-calibrate as part of its boot sequence to ensure optimum workings of the proximity sensor. To protect the user, the proximity sensor will switch off the UV-C when a finger approaches the sensor.
